Yvonne Fitzgerald is delighted to bring to the market this well-established profitable Italian restaurant which occupies a prominent trading position within the precinct in Wick town centre.  The current owners have successfully run the business for eleven years and are reluctantly selling the business due to their impending retirement.  At present the business is run by the owners who are supported by seasonal staff. The restaurant is currently trading from Thursday to Sunday and has an alcohol license.  There is scope to increase the existing trade and open the business premises seven days a week.  Currently the business serves takeaways, bar lunches and evening meals.

The premises are in good decorative order throughout with the ground floor comprising of 22 covers with the dining tables being partitioned off for privacy.  The restaurant enjoys repeat clientele for the pizzas, pastas and Italian food which they serve.  There is a bar on the ground floor which provides hot and cold beverages as well as alcohol. Located off the main restaurant is the commercial kitchen which has a double pizza oven, fryers, cookers, a fridge and a dough maker.  There is also a food preparation area to the rear. Upstairs offers open plan dining with covers for 26 people.  This area also has a wooden bar, with the walls also benefitting from wooden panelling.  There are also ladies and gents’ bathrooms, as well as a further store room which houses the business freezers.

The Royal Burgh of Wick is the most northerly town on the East Coast of Caithness and is on the very popular North Coast 500 (NC500) tourist route. The town offers multiple stores such as Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, Pets at Home, Argos and B&M as well as banks and a post office. The house is within easy driving distance of all amenities, including the Caithness General Hospital and Doctors Surgeries. There are many leisure opportunities including a popular golf course, squash club and public swimming pool/gymnasium. The town also boasts an airport with links to Aberdeen and Edinburgh and has good rail and coach services, as well as being close to ferry terminals with frequent daily services to Orkney.
