Yvonne Fitzgerald Properties is run and owned by Yvonne Fitzgerald who has worked throughout the North of Scotland, covering Elgin, Skye, Inverness, right up to Thurso, in both property consultancy, planning, letting and sales. Being one of a very few qualified estate agents in the North of Scotland, Yvonne owned the RE/MAX franchise in Inverness for five years, where she was one of RE/MAX Scotland’s best-performing agents for taking properties on, and was consistently in the top five estate agencies in Inverness under the RE/MAX brand. Inverness is a very competitive market, as there are nearly 40 estate agencies in the city.
Having left the RE/MAX franchise in February 2017, Yvonne continued to work on a consultancy basis, handling sales up to £3,000,000, as well as still handling property sales and has a number of high net worth clients in Inverness, whom she still does consultancy work for regularly. This work includes pricing major housing developments for some of the wealthiest men in Scotland. Having also worked with YOPA, which is one of the top ten estate agents in the United Kingdom, again as a top performer, Yvonne decided to move back up to Caithness in September 2018 due to family commitments and enjoys regular repeat business still from clients, whom she has previously sold properties for in the Inverness area and throughout the Highlands.
She works closely with some of the leading architects in the Highlands, and also Macleods WS Solicitors. Having built up an extensive property portfolio herself through developing, Yvonne has a vast knowledge of mortgages, buy to let, development finance and commercial finance.
